I've just received a message from clanchatton, suggesting that I should return their call regarding a reference number. However, I'm rather sceptical about this as it seems rather off-especially since we have no outstanding debts at all.

Received a message from a company claiming to be Clanchatton, urging us to return the call to 01527 571833 and to mention a reference number they provided. However, they weren’t clear on the purpose of the message. Curiously, I've had a similar text previously. I won’t be making that call, that's for sure!

We received a text from this company and decided to give the number a ring, as they had mentioned a reference number in their message. However, when we asked for clarity on what it was regarding, the lady on the other end refused to provide any details and insisted we give her the reference number again. Before we could clarify anything further, she abruptly cut off the call! We're left completely in the dark about the whole situation.
