They tend to come at you aggressively right from the off. The woman on the line claimed they hadn’t sent any correspondence and preferred a verbal chat to sort things out. However, when I mentioned that she shouldn't be calling me, she turned quite hostile. Surprisingly, she then tried to shift her stance after I threatened to report that a letter had indeed been mailed-absolute nonsense! Fair warning: avoid speaking with Linda, as she’s incredibly confrontational.
