I just ended the call right away, no interest at all.

Received a call while my phone was switched off, and it went straight to voicemail. There was quite a racket in the background, but they didn't bother leaving any message. The following day, the same number called again, and when I picked up, it was eerily silent. Definitely feels like a dodgy number. I've now added it to my block list.
