dodgy lot! rang my elderly mum saying her internet would be cut off within a day if she didn’t respond right away. they claimed hackers from all over the globe had got into her system, as if! luckily, she always records these calls and shares them with me to sort out. honestly, just hang up immediate when these redditch scammers ring you, especially if the number’s blocked or unfamiliar. don’t give ‘em the chance to get a word in. 2227

Got a voicemail telling me my internet was at risk cause my IP got hacked, and to press one to fix it or else my connection would drop. Totally a scam, so I just ignored the call and the message.
