I've experienced precisely the same troubles mentioned previously. I received one at 8:08 this morning, marking the eighth call. Absolutely outrageous! Scottish Power from Cathcart insists that it's a fraudulent call. I wish anyone the best of luck trying to escalate this to the ombudsman; I suspect they're being funded by Scottish Power themselves. I've previously engaged with them about a different issue where we believe Scottish Power has overcharged my daughter by about £2000 over two years. What a complete farce!

I keep getting calls from this number, which appears to originate from Redditch. It’s rather vexing, as they incessantly ring me in pursuit of a debt that I've already settled. I had submitted my meter readings to Scottish Power on the 13th of March, with my billing cycle ending on the 29th of March. To my surprise, I received an ominous final reminder regarding a payment I supposedly owed right after that, early in April. Since then, these callers have been relentless, disturbing my peace at all hours!

I just received a missed call from this number, and after checking the feedback on this site, I've got to say, I'm rather apprehensive. I'm a current customer of Scottish Power, and honestly, my experience with them has been a bit of a nightmare from the outset. I've had to lodge several complaints already, and if the situation escalates further, I won’t hesitate to escalate it to the Ombudsman. There's simply no chance I’ll be picking up the phone for this caller - fortunately, I've kept all the necessary documentation in case Scottish Power decides to pursue legal action against me.
