It was clear straight away that this was some sort of call centre. The guy claimed he was from Sky and was ringing about renewing my TV insurance. When I told him I didn't have any TV insurance, he insisted that I did, just that it was part of a subscription. I repeated that I didn’t have it and he went on saying everyone’s supposed to have TV insurance. I told him that wasn’t right and he was just making stuff up. In the end, I just ended the call.
