They wanted to know if I'd got my cheque yet - it made me wonder if they're working for one of those 'no win no fee' legal firms, or if they eventually ask for money to get the cheque sent or your bank info. I never stayed on the call long enough to find out. I guess if they manage to fool just a few people every week, they make enough cash to keep all their callers employed.7 yearsGot a call about some supposed accident, it was dodgy for sure! I first answered and said yes to some automated voice, then this bloke came on the line. He kept saying he was just checking some info, but when I asked where he was from and mentioned a few places in India, he got a bit touchy.
