There was quite a lengthy silence before she finally uttered my name. Quite befuddled, I asked her who she was. To my surprise, she mentioned something about the 'coal blacking department', which honestly left me puzzled. After a moment, I pieced it together-it was actually about call blocking! I suggested she should take her own advice and stop making these calls, then simply hung up. It was completely unsolicited and her accent made it hard to decipher what she was saying. Was she even from around here? Honestly, it was really irritating and quite distressing.

At first, I thought he mentioned the call blacklisting team. Took me a few calls to realise he actually said call blocking department. Weird number, weird line, and a voice that didn’t speak English. I just told her to block her own number and hung up.
