There was quite a silence before she asked if she was speaking to me. I answered and asked who it was. She said something that I thought was "coal blacking department" or something similar. I'm not hard of hearing but then I figured out she meant call blocking.

I told her to block her own calls and hung up. The call was completely unasked for. Her voice was hard to follow - was she actually from England?

It was really frustrating and made me a bit upset.

At first, I thought he mentioned the call blacklisting team. Took me a few calls to realise he actually said call blocking department. Weird number, weird line, and a voice that didn’t speak English. I just told her to block her own number and hung up.
