Received a call from some chap claiming to be a technician from BT regarding my broadband this afternoon. He was rather keen on providing me with "assistance." However, it appeared that our interpretations of "assistance" were rather dissimilar! While he seemed to think that assistance involved gaining unauthorised access to my computer and personal information, I had no intention of allowing that to unfold!

They were a bit hard to get, but I think they said something about a problem with my internet, which isn’t even something I have. Sounds dodgy to me, likely a scam.
