2 yearsSomeone rang saying they were from a BT office in central London but the details didn’t add up. They didn’t give their full name, their email address was suspicious and ended strangely, and they even got our address wrong - using an old one instead of where we live now. They went on about hackers trying to seize control of our computers, which sounded off. When I said I wasn’t interested and mentioned we've moved recently and only accept mail at our new place (which they didn’t seem to know), they started threatening to cut off our BT internet.
