I recently received a call from the number 02082352355. A chap with a Pakistani accent was eager to know if I had suffered an accident, claiming it was regarding compensation. He mentioned he was affiliated with Bedfordshire council, then switched to Luton council. Utter nonsense, if you ask me - incredibly pushy and rather irritating!
