They said they were from an energy company and insisted we’d been overcharged wrongly. Really pushy and even rang back using two completely different numbers.

I got a robo call claiming to be from my bank saying something about a £600 purchase abroad on my Mastercard/Visa. It told me to press 1 if i wanted to stop the payment. This is actually the second call i’ve had in the last three weeks saying the same thing. Each time i just hung up and never pressed anything. I’ve looked over my bank statements and there’s no sign of any foreign charges at all.
