Had loads of spam calls today, right? I told them to stuff it for calling me outta nowhere. They just cut me off!

got a voicemail saying i’d be charged £39.99 for amazon prime renewal, but i don’t even have prime! also, that price sounds way off. hung up straight away and blocked the number, not falling for it!

Claiming to be from Amazon Prime, I received a rather concerning call. They stated that my Prime membership would be automatically charged to my bank unless I pressed 1. The issue is, I don’t even have a Prime subscription! We only trialled it once and it wasn’t linked to any bank details. I can’t help but feel this is a dodgy scheme that definitely warrants some investigation.
