Got a call from a bloke speaking with an Indian accent, claiming to be from EE, trying to nick my personal details. I played along long enough to really wind him up, and he ended up swearing at me. The whole routine was asking for my email, then saying he’d pass me to his “manager” to send me a new SIM with a supposed 30% discount on my bill. Just a bunch of scumbags targeting people who aren’t expecting it.
