Got a call about PPI again. Just blocked the number, fingers crossed they leave me alone now.

I got a call this morning from 01527101998. When I picked up, a man immediately asked me to verify my name. I replied with a simple yes, but he didn’t seem to catch that because I quickly asked who he was instead. I told him since he called, it was only fair he introduced himself first. He found it amusing and kept insisting I confirm my name. I just said ‘bye then’ and ended the call. I could hear the usual call centre noise in the background. The number’s from Redditch, and the bloke had a southern English accent. Blocked straight away.

I got a call from what sounded like a call centre, lots of noise in the background, but nobody actually said a word. So I just blocked the number.
