I did a 1471 and then rang them back to ask to be taken off their list, saying I’d get in touch if I wanted their help - he was really polite. Although when I called back, instead of the normal business greeting, I just got a quiet ‘hello’, but there was a recorded message beforehand warning that calls are recorded.
