I have no clue who called me, but when I tried ringing back, an American automated message came on. It said something like "Thank you for calling, if you want to opt out, press 1," then said it would take 72 hours or so. Sounds dodgy to me, maybe some scam or a UK number that’s actually from somewhere else.
