Just got the same call a moment ago. When I asked who was calling, they said Gladstone Brooke's. I could hear people in the background talking about sort codes and bank details. Then I requested they send the payment by cheque, and she immediately hung up.

I got a call from someone saying they were linked to Gladstone Brookes about a PPI claim. They asked me some questions, then wanted my bank info. I told them to send a form instead so I could share the details safely, but they kept insisting on getting it over the phone. When I refused again to give my bank details there and then, they just hung up on me.
