Got a call from this number on the 4th October 2020 around 1:30am. I couldn’t answer quick enough, and it went straight to my voicemail. When I listened later, there was this super loud crackling sound throughout the message. Tried ringing back a few times the next day but it was either busy or no one picked up, just kept ringing.
