I received a call from them earlier this afternoon at precisely 19:14. A woman’s voice came on the line and asked for someone named Mr. Radcliffe. After I corrected her with our actual name and inquired about her well-being, she simply replied that she was fine before abruptly ending the call. I suspect she figured out we weren’t interested in their services. Since I'm registered with the Telephone Preference Service, these folks really shouldn’t have reached out to me in the first place. I'll be filing a complaint with TPS to ensure they look into this matter.

I received a call from them earlier today around 19:14. A woman’s voice came on the line asking for Mr. Radcliffe, but I promptly corrected her with our actual name and asked how she was doing. She replied that she was fine, then the line went dead. I suspect she figured out we weren't interested in whatever they were selling. Since I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service, they really shouldn’t have contacted us in the first place. I’ll be lodging a complaint with TPS so they can investigate this matter further.
