I didn’t catch who it was since some automated message kicked in right as my answerphone picked up, so I only heard the latter part when I got back. Still, it seemed dodgy, something about ‘unauthorised use of your card’ and then instructions to 'press 1 to confirm charges or 2 to cancel.' I tried searching for the number, which is from Lincoln, but couldn’t find any exact matches anywhere. Hoping it was legit and they might ring back, but honestly, I reckon it was a scam.
