Got a call not long ago from some woman with a foreign accent saying she was from BT about my broadband. I wanted to ask her something first, so I said, “Can I just ask you a quick question?” and out of nowhere she just started shouting the most horrible swear words at me and then cut me off. Completely shocked by that!
