I've been receiving incessant calls from a woman using this Lincoln area code. Each time I block her, she finds a new number within the same code to ring me again. It's all rather suspicious, if you ask me. The oddest part is, whenever I respond affirmatively to her questions, she abruptly hangs up. Most recently, I decided to say “it is” instead of “yes,” and you could tell she hesitated before replying. Initially, she claimed to be offering me vouchers, but ultimately she settled on calling her company "Smart Promotion." Quite the odd encounter, indeed!
