I got a call about my BT broadband speed, but I don’t even have BT. When I asked the guy if he knew my name, he threw out some random name instead. Then when I asked him to verify my address, he said “123 Redlight Area” and suddenly started swearing like mad before just hanging up. Funny to me, but I guess someone else might find that pretty rude!
