This number rang me up at half past three in the morning and woke me right out of my sleep. It was the very first time it called my landline, and just before that, it also showed on my mobile at 3:28. I picked up both times but the first call left some garbled message that made no sense at all. Honestly, what's wrong with folks nowadays?
