I had an unpleasant experience with a dodgy outfit calling themselves KIRBY. Honestly, they’re nothing but a bunch of fraudsters. They’ll ring you up claiming they can offer some sort of service. The reality is that they're either going to damage your appliance, then hit you with ludicrous fees, or worse, ruin it entirely and attempt to sell you a replacement at an eye-watering cost.
