The recorded voice gave a few choices, like pressing 2 if I hadn’t approved certain big transactions. When I did, I ended up speaking to a woman with a foreign accent. She mentioned seeing two big payments but strangely couldn’t verify my name when I asked. It’s definitely a scam trying to steal your info, so don’t give them any details!
