Got calls from this number last night and once more earlier today but didn’t pick up either time. No voicemail was left either. Considering the late time yesterday around 9pm and the early call this morning at about 8.30am, I’m labelling this as harassment. Tried calling back but no luck, so I ended up blocking the number on my phone.

Got a weird call from this number about some charge for washing machine insurance that was supposedly coming out of my bank. I chuckled and told them it was the second time this week I’d had a scam call like this, then ended the call. Moments later, the same bloke rang back insisting the payment had already been processed. Sounds like he was just trying to freak me out, if you ask me.

Received a rather amusing call today about a payment supposedly being withdrawn for my washing machine insurance. I chuckled, as this marks the second dodgy call I've had regarding the same thing this week! The chap on the other end kept insisting it wasn’t a scam and advised me to ring Sainsbury's (?) if I dared question the payment. I decided to hang up. Almost immediately, he tried ringing me back, claiming the payment had gone through. I quipped, 'Fantastic - a new level of efficiency!' and promptly ended the call once more.
