This week, I've been getting a series of calls from a number based in Lincoln, UK that I'm not familiar with. Unfortunately, I didn't pick up in time, and they opted not to leave a voicemail. I decided to give it a ring back today, only to be met with a rather generic recording saying, "Your call is important to us; please hold for an agent." It feels like it's one of those marketing or claims-related nuisances-perhaps something to do with PPI claims. I've since added it to my block list. - caller: unknown

I picked up the phone, but it felt like the line disconnected just as I answered. When I attempted to return the call, I was greeted by an American voicemail stating that this number is no longer in service. Quite peculiar, isn't it?
