I got a call from someone saying they're with Talktalk. They told me my line was messed up and would be cut off soon if I didn’t press 1 or 2 to fix it. The lady had an accent, but her English was clear and she seemed quite convincing.

Got a sketchy call from a supposed BT Openreach rep, but their accent gave away they were definitely calling from abroad. They started on about securing my router, but I could tell they were going to try and get me to visit some dodgy website next. I just told them I wasn’t falling for their scam. Proper irritating and clearly a con call.
