I've made numerous requests to have my number taken off their list, yet this chap (can't recall his name) keeps bothering me with calls about checking my appliances. It's clearly a scam and has zero connection to the reputable Kirby dealers over in Liverpool. I'm even contemplating reaching out to the authorities at this point. The bloke is incredibly disrespectful, refuses to let me speak to his supervisor, and always claims he will ring me back. I've been practically shouting down the line for him to stop, and I've let him know that I'm hoping this call is being documented! I've also lodged a complaint with the Kirby headquarters.

I received a call from someone claiming we'd won a free carpet cleaning for one of our rooms. Apparently, the catch was that we’d only get a voucher if we referred friends afterwards, should we be satisfied with the service. When I tried to explain that we’ve only just moved in and are in the midst of replacing all the carpets, the caller wouldn’t take no for an answer. Eventually, I conceded to offering a bedroom for the clean. However, she then started asking for personal details that I simply wasn’t comfortable sharing. She insisted that both myself and my wife needed to be present when they called back. I was left wondering why that was necessary! Ultimately, we decided against moving forward with the offer.

I wouldn't put my faith in RTS Services if I were you; you'd be better off tossing a penny into a wishing well! The only prize you'll ever nab is a complimentary carpet shampoo and a bit of a show - that elusive car is just a grand illusion. I've seen the inner workings since I was once employed there. Their main gig revolves around peddling Kirby cleaning systems, but they’ll drain your wallet for servicing. The technicians they send your way? Utterly dodgy characters! I once witnessed one of them jab a screwdriver through a pipe, all in the name of profiting from a replacement. Best to give them a wide berth!
