I picked up the phone as it was a local dialling code. The person on the other end claimed to be from "First Response", although it was nearly impossible to decipher the second part of their name due to the racket in the background - undoubtedly a bustling call centre scene. They mentioned something about an "incident" and wanting to "finalise the case". It was quite obvious this was just a ruse to gather my personal information. When I let the caller know my suspicions, they started to lose their temper and shouted at me. I simply chuckled at their frustration until they decided to terminate the call.

Tried ringing them back and all I got was a message saying the number’s not available. Sounds like one of those scam calls to me.
