I reckon it was a scam since the caller, who had a thick accent, wanted to talk to my husband and claimed he was from BT saying our internet had a security issue. The call got disconnected but then they tried again from a different number, which ended up getting cut off too. I’m the one who pays for our internet and it’s not with BT or Sky.
