After that, I blocked the number, but then got another call from a number in Edinburgh, which I blocked as well.

I've received a couple of calls over the past few days. The first time, as soon as I picked up, the line went dead. The second call was even more persistent, with the caller blabbering about a vital health assessment. I made it clear I wasn’t keen, yet they wouldn’t take no for an answer, so I decided to hang up. The woman on the other end had an accent that sounded foreign-likely Indian-and the whole vibe felt like it came straight from a dodgy call centre operation.
