Today, I got a call from this number, and it was one of those automated messages saying our BT internet had been hacked from abroad and warned us to avoid online banking. They left an 0800 number to ring back but I didn’t catch the full number. I phoned BT myself just to check and they told me they never send out those kinds of messages, so it was definitely a scam.
