I got this weird call from a robotic voice claiming to be from Amazon, warning me I was about to be billed £79.99 for renewing my Prime subscription. It told me to press 1 to talk to some customer service person. Thing is, I use Amazon but don’t have Prime at all. Pretty sure this was a spam call just trying to trick me into making a costly phone call.

Got a call with a recorded message from a woman speaking with an American accent, saying Amazon is going to charge £39.99 from my account! It asked me to press 1 to cancel the payment. I didn’t press anything because it sounded fishy. Plus, I don’t even have an Amazon Prime account.
