Received a rather dubious call today from a synthetic voice purporting to be from HM Revenue and Customs, asserting I was involved in a fraud case. They alarmingly threatened that if I didn't press 1, a warrant for my arrest would be issued on the spot. Naturally, I promptly terminated the call-clearly just another scam attempt!
