When I requested that they take my number off their list and refrain from calling me again, the representative insisted I had to confirm any mishap before they would consider complying. His tone was quite intimidating, to say the least. I firmly told him to cease his calls and hung up. To my dismay, he rang me right back, raising his voice and chastising me for ending the conversation. He threatened to continue calling until I provided him with the information he sought.
