Sounded like a call centre with all the background chatter. They were "looking into" cavity wall insulation - apparently their files said I had it done and asked if there were any issues. So I got a call from these lot talking about cavities or something?! I just hung up right away and told them my teeth are fine, I see the dentist and hygienist regularly, like three times a year. I brush my teeth three times daily and floss too. Loads of people ask me how my teeth stay so white even with all the black coffee I drink! Seriously, that was so cheeky. Cavities?! This woman with a posh English accent called me asking about dampness in my cavity or something. I couldn't stop laughing. She seemed a bit thrown off but kept going on about insulation stuff. I told her my cavity wasn’t filled at all, and she said it might have been filled before. I told her my cavity has never been touched, no mould or anything. I was laughing so much the whole time. Should have asked her to take me off the list!

Some dodgy lot trying to pull a car crash scam on me. They said I gave two people in the car whiplash. Claimed they were calling from my insurance firm. What a load of rubbish, their story was so bad it was laughable. They use loads of different company names but it’s all the same scam, just trying to rip people off. Block this number for sure. They deserve a good telling off and should find a proper job instead of being scams artists like this. Disgraceful bunch.

He claimed to be calling from 'Cavity Investigations'. When I asked how they got my number, he referred to an old address, something about cavity wall insulation. Got quite rude when I told him to take me off their call list. I’m definitely reporting them to the TPS since I’m already signed up.

The bloke claimed he was with cavity walls investigations. When I asked him if he was representing the government, he said yes. I then asked him for the head of department’s address, info about the investigation, and a copy of the original document. Then he just ended the call.

Got a call from some number in Liverpool claiming to be from Hart UK, saying I had cavity wall insulation done like 15 years ago and wanted to ask a few questions. I told them that’s rubbish coz I’ve been in this house for 30 years. Then they tried to say it must’ve been before that, I told them to buzz off and stop wasting people’s time, get your facts straight and quit trying to scam folks. Hung up on em. I just got a call from this number saying they’re from Hart UK and that my home supposedly has cavity wall insulation done. They asked if I’d had any issues with it. I told them I don’t know their company, so I wasn’t comfortable sharing anything. The person then said, ‘I’m not here to scam you just by asking if your room has damp.’ Then they abruptly ended the call, mumbling to themselves. Quite rude!

This number has been ringing me a few times recently, but no one ever picks up. Today tho, someone finally did. A bloke with a strong northern accent, sounded really dodgy and somehow knew my name?! He said he was calling from 'Hart UK' about some "government cavity insulation scheme". Doesn’t sound legit at all, really sketchy and unprofessional. Definitely a scam.
