Got a call from this number about 12:10pm today, a young woman with a liverpool accent on the line. I told her I’m registered with the telephone preference service and shouldn’t be receiving calls like this, especially during my working hours. She just said sorry and then ended the call.

Got a call at 4:02 pm from a UK number, which showed up on my Caller ID. Since I’m on the TPS list, I wasn’t expecting any random calls. When I picked up, there was this robotic voice reciting the phone number, followed by some beeping noises like it was trying to dial out. Then I heard ringing from the other side, so I hung up straight away, thinking it was probably some kind of scam.

Today, my mum got a call from this number. She’s in her seventies and struggles with hearing, so these calls really stress her out. When it rings and no one answers, it makes her feel quite anxious. We’ve already signed her up with the TPS, so not sure how to get these calls to stop now.

I got three calls during the night on both of my phones - at 1:45am, then again at 4:48am, and finally 8:14am. Each time they hung up just as I was about to pick up, but not before waking me and the rest of the household. All of them came from numbers registered with the TPS.
