I got a call about some insurance for a dishwasher, but all policies linked to that address had been cancelled months ago. The guy on the line wasn’t having it though, he just wouldn't back off. He was really unpleasant and upset my niece, who picked up the phone, to the point she was nearly in tears. He even accused her of being rude and didn’t say sorry when I explained that the person they wanted to reach (my mum) had passed away. She asked him a couple of times who he actually was or which company he worked for, but he wouldn't say a word.
