They’ve been ringing me for like six months now, about 4 times a day, sometimes even 10 times. I told them I’m broke with just 20p in my account, and some bloke goes, “Don’t bother buying food, just invest it, you only need £250 to start.” I told him I don’t even get that in a month, and then he threatens to burn my house down ‘cos he’s got my address, so I’ll have the cash to pay him! Absolute scum, seriously avoid them. They call from loads of different numbers too, it’s mad. Don’t waste your time answering - just hang up straight away.

I received a call from this number earlier, and the person on the other end greeted me in an oddly unnatural accent, which felt rather dubious to say the least. Then, without warning, they disconnected the line. I attempted to ring them back, but was met with a robotic voice delivering some American voicemail nonsense. How peculiar!

They keep ringing loads of my phones, always asking for someone called ‘Reechard Baykerrr’. Every time I tell them they’ve got the wrong person, they carry on with their sales chat anyway. Honestly, I have a laugh with it! One time, someone asked ‘who’s this?’ so I replied ‘It’s Batman!’ and got a funny silence back!

This is an online trading scam. I've asked them to delete my info from their records as per GDPR rules, but they just ignore me. It's like these people think they're untouchable by UK law. To the phone providers: please put this number on your international blocklist - I’ve blocked it, but still got about 15 calls in the last two weeks (I keep an eye on my call history).

Got a call about online trading. The guy started with ‘Hi love, how’s it going?’ He then said sorry for being late, but i honestly don’t remember arranging a time with him before. I did get called last week, but i was tied up and told him i couldn’t chat then. Told him i wasn’t interested, and he asked what had changed so much since last time to make me want to talk now. Ended the call 'cause he started sounding pretty pushy and rude.

Got scammed by someone pretending to help with online trading.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from car phone warehouse offering me a deal on a phone contract. They asked for my info which I gave, then wanted my bank account and sort code for a credit check so I gave that too. After that they asked for my full card details, I said no way and told them no legit company would ask that, then they started swearing and just hung up on me.

Called by some online trading firm. Woman on the phone got really rude when she claimed she was calling from London, yet her number had a 0151 area code. She got even worse when I told her I never agreed to be added to any mailing list. I asked to speak to her manager, and she came back saying 'he calls you a bloody idiot'. Then she just hung up. Managed to record the whole thing.

Having had similar calls before and once getting scammed out of a bunch of money when I was unwell and not completely alert, I’m sure this is a total scam!
