I've recently come across some rather concerning information regarding a firm operating under the name Mainstreme Limited. It appears they're targeting vulnerable individuals with cold calls, coaxing them into divulging their banking information to establish direct debits. A dear friend of mine, who’s a sprightly 79, was led to believe he needed to provide his details for supposed Sky maintenance. Since 2014, he’s been shelling out £7.59 each month for a service he’s already covered through D&G Sky Protect. Absolutely scandalous! Thankfully, he’s now put a stop to the direct debit, and I’d urge anyone else who’s fallen prey to these con artists to swiftly take measures to halt any further payments.

Received a chime on the line at 14:54 on the 8th of April, 2015. A chap named 'Lee', claiming to be from Sky, reached out to chat about supposedly reducing our Sky box insurance by a few quid. However, the information he provided wasn’t quite right. He mentioned he would send a letter through the post to confirm everything, but we'll see if that actually happens. If it does land on our doorstep, we plan to hand it straight over to the real Sky to sort out!

I received a call from Mainstreme, although the number was kept private. Strangely enough, this was the same number listed on the 'contract' they sent over. I must say, the service was terribly subpar and the information they provided was rather lacking. Upon making a call to that number, I found out it was connected to a media outlet in Virginia! Best to steer clear of them.
