I received a call from this number for just a moment, and when I attempted to return the call, the person on the other end claimed I hadn’t scheduled an eye examination. I assumed it was from Specsavers, given that they’ve recently sent me correspondence regarding booking an eye test and hearing assessment. It struck me as strange; I genuinely believed it originated from them. It only dawned on me that it wasn’t Specsavers when the caller said, “This is an optician's, we don’t handle ear issues.” Quite a mix-up, I must say!
