Totally a scam, just a waste of time.

This week I kept getting loads of calls from 'unknown numbers' on my mobile. When the fourth one rang, I decided to call back. The person who answered knew my first name straight away. I told them I was from the 'fraud intervention service' and asked for their name. A woman with a Liverpool accent just said ‘that’s alright’ and then hung up really fast. Definitely didn’t seem like a genuine call to me.

Got a call from someone saying they're with HMRC and that I've got a tax rebate waiting. They sent me a link to claim it, but the thing is, I don't even pay tax! Definitely a scam, so watch out everyone.
