I’ve been having a rather distressing experience with a rather abrasive Liverpool lady who insists on pestering both my son and me concerning a car insurance matter. Whenever I push back or question her, her demeanour turns quite confrontational.

Over the past few weeks, I kept getting calls from the same number, sometimes a couple times daily. I blocked it but still noticed missed calls popping up. So I decided to ring them back and had a pretty heated chat, which didn’t go down well with them - they got quite hostile. Anyway, after blocking them once more, the calls finally stopped.

a woman with a liverpool accent called asking about a car accident i supposedly had. the moment she brought up ‘my car accident’, i just ended the call and blocked her number straight away.

somebody rang me saying they were from rta solutions about a car accident, but when i told them after months we’d have got a solicitor involved, they started getting nasty, threatening me and saying i wouldn’t be saying that if i was face to face with them. maybe they should’ve met me before talking like that. 22 regiment.

Got a call from someone claiming they’d been in a car crash. Honestly, they were really pushy and quite unpleasant to talk to.

For the past seven months, I've been getting calls from some scammer claiming to be from a road accident helpline. Every time I block one number, they just ring me from a different one. They're always fishing for personal info and pushing a bogus claim that’s totally made up. Their skill in lying is almost impressive - it’d be funny if things weren’t so serious. Honestly, how are these call centres still running right now? The latest call was from someone in Liverpool.

I couldn’t catch what they was saying at all. When I asked them to say it again, they got really rude and started swearing.

Someone called me and asked me to say I hadn’t been in a car crash. They seemed to know my registration number and my name, and even mentioned a supposed accident with another vehicle that never actually happened. It all sounded very fishy to me.
