When I told him I’ve got dementia, he completely ignored it and got annoyed when I took longer to answer his questions. Next thing, he passes me on to Felix, their debt solutions manager. Again, I mention my dementia, but he just brushed it off and kept pushing his script. So, I told them my 15-year-old handles my accounts - figured I’d have a bit of fun with it.
