Got a call from some property investment lot named elevate. They claimed I filled out some enquiry form, which is rubbish cause I haven’t done anything like that. They were pushing a deal about putting in at least 50 grand for just a 3% return. Seriously, who’s gonna throw that kind of cash over the phone, especially after everything with the pandemic? Honestly, kinda wish I had the energy to mess with them a bit.
