my phone just auto blocked this number 🚫 no clue who it is but from reading the first comment it looks like those ppi refund scams are making a comeback. I sent a text to 7726 after getting the call, then replied with the scam number when asked, and now its completely blocked on my mobile.

Got a dodgy call from some bloke called David saying I was owed £600 from some PPI thing. He wanted me to send my info, driver’s licence, and even my bank card details over WhatsApp. The call went on ages, then he started shouting at me because my info “didn't add up” or something. Honestly, don’t answer - just block straight away!
