Told him we’re on the TPS register, but he insists it’s not a cold call as it was something we interested in ages back. I made it clear we’re not interested, and he goes on saying only ops managers can say that. So I told him I *am* an ops manager and it’s pretty rude for him to think otherwise. Then he reckons I never said that when I picked up the call - like I’m gonna announce my job title right when I answer!
